1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the BT8888 website at bt8888.vu, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create an account.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts, whether using different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date.

After registration, BT8888 will send an OTP (One-Time Password) to verify your mobile number or email address. Your account becomes active once verification is complete. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. BT8888 will never ask for your password through any channel.

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. This is standard practice for player protection and is required for all accounts.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on BT8888 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, online banking, and bank transfer. These are the only accepted deposit methods. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods for gaming on BT8888.

Funds deposited into your BT8888 account must come from a payment source that is registered in your own name. BT8888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered under your name, it may be reversed and your account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method. BT8888 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposited funds are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. BT8888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems, bank processing times, or network issues outside our control.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.

BT8888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet. BT8888 is not responsible for delays on the receiving end once funds have been released from our system.

BT8888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to verify the source of funds or the identity of the account holder. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending resolution of any active investigations.

• Withdrawals are only processed to accounts verified under your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of request.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on BT8888 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of your bet — including the selection, odds, and stake amount — before confirming. BT8888 will not void or reverse bets due to player error after confirmation.

BT8888 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, pricing error, or any other manifest error on the platform. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

For sports betting, results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. For live casino, the result of each game round as determined by the live dealer session is final. For slots and other electronic games, the result generated by the game engine at the time of play is final.

BT8888 may impose individual betting limits on accounts at its discretion. Maximum payout limits per bet or per day may apply and will be communicated within the platform.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

BT8888 monitors accounts for suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, BT8888 may suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets, withhold balances pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

BT8888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or failure to complete required verification.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. If your account is in good standing at the time of closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method after applicable checks are completed.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, BT8888 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, they may be forfeited.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the BT8888 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of BT8888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the BT8888 platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

BT8888 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults.
